at Unit 16B/190 Swansea Street east, Victoria Park. 

There are no Commissioner positions vacant at this year’s Annual General Meeting

Following completion of the AGM you are invited to take the opportunity to network with others.

NASR (WA) Inc ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
incorporating the Annual General Meeting of the
West Australian Federation of Aust Speedway Inc
will be held

at 8.30pm on  Monday 26th October 2009
at the offices of WASC/NASR (WA) Inc
Unit 16B/190 Swansea Street east,  Victoria Park
(between Welshpool Rd & Milford Str)

At this Annual General Meeting there will be no positions vacant on the Board of Management

Affiliated Clubs/Association Members are the voting members

Each Affiliated Assoc/Club has two (2) voting delegates. 

Under the NASR (WA) Inc Rules of Association "proxy" votes are permitted.  If you wish to have a/any person present at the Annual General Meeting to be your "proxy" please confirm back to NASR (WA) Inc, in writing who will be voting on your behalf, prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting on 26th October 2009
